Consultation and Planning
Meet Dr. Emmy to discuss your goals and review your oral health. Your consultation helps determine which treatment options are appropriate and what your personalized plan may involve.

Implant Placement
If full-arch treatment is appropriate, Dr. Emmy will plan the proposed positions, commonly four or six implants per arch, and explain any preparatory treatment. The exact number and surgical approach depend on your assessment.
Temporary Teeth and Healing
For patients who meet the clinical requirements for immediate loading, a fixed PMMA temporary restoration may be fitted approximately 24–48 hours after placement. Implant stability and the individual treatment plan determine whether this is possible. During healing, follow the food and cleaning instructions and attend progress visits.

Your Final Restoration
The temporary PMMA restoration is typically worn for about six to seven months while healing is assessed. When ready, Dr. Emmy plans the final zirconia restoration and reviews its fit, bite, appearance, and care. Your timeline may differ according to your healing and treatment needs.

An Implant Restoration Example

This before-and-after image comes from our implant gallery. It illustrates a restored smile; it does not establish that the pictured case received a full-arch restoration. Dr. Emmy can show you treatment options and discuss the results appropriate to your own case. Outcomes vary, and daily care and professional maintenance remain essential.

Know Your Options

Could Full-Arch Treatment Be Right for Me?

If you are missing many or all teeth, or have teeth that cannot be predictably restored, a full-arch consultation can help you understand your options. We assess your oral health, bone support, medical history, and ability to maintain your restoration before recommending treatment.

Full-Arch Options and Starting Price

Full-Mouth Implants Starting at $12,000
Your final cost depends on your individual treatment needs. Before treatment, request a written estimate that identifies the arch or arches being treated, implant placement, any extractions or grafting, temporary teeth, and your final restoration. Our team can discuss available payment options.

Fixed and Removable Restorations
A fixed implant-supported bridge is removed by a dental professional. An implant-supported removable denture is taken out by the patient for cleaning. These are different options, and the best choice depends on your needs, anatomy, and preferences.

Ask Dr. Emmy to explain the differences in daily cleaning, comfort, maintenance, and cost so you can make an informed decision.

How Long Can Full-Arch Implants Last?

Dental implants are designed as a long-term tooth replacement option, but their lifespan varies. Daily cleaning, regular dental visits, and your overall oral health all matter. The attached crown, bridge, or denture may need maintenance or replacement over time.
